Como corrigir uma falha na conexão com VPN (ipsec + ikev2)?

Autenticação feita com certificados

ubuntu 16.04 + strongswan.

Cliente se conectando do win7, o certificado foi adicionado como dito no strongswan Wiki.

Config made também como em strongswan wiki, mas eu tenho erro: 'plutostart depreciado, então eu removi.

Então meu ipsec.conf :
