MegaRAID possivelmente falhando

Estamos tentando ver se um disco falhou ou se é o cartão. Pesquisado neste fórum e achei isso - > O drive está falhando, mas o controlador LSI MegaRAID não detecta

No entanto, estamos recebendo esse erro para todos os espaços.
