Os clientes NAP são avaliados como não compatíveis com NAP

Question

A configuração: domínio do Active Directory, servidor Gateway de Área de Trabalho Remota, servidor NPS / NAP (todos do Windows Server 2008 R2) e alguns clientes do Windows 7.

O RDG e o NPS estão configurados e funcionando com todos os pedidos de conexão & Políticas de rede e tudo está bem, exceto para verificações de integridade do NAP. Tudo o que faço no cliente é avaliado como não compatível com NAP.

Eu inicio o serviço NAP Agent (napagent), habilito o cliente de quarentena Gateway de Área de Trabalho Remota no MMC do cliente NAP (napclcfg.msc) e adiciono o meu link ao URL do RDG na lista de Gateways Confiáveis, sem sucesso, a máquina cliente com Windows 7 é "não compatível com NAP".

No visualizador de eventos da máquina cliente, vejo eventos NAP dos quais posso adivinhar que tudo está bem também na perspectiva do cliente, o cliente 79621 foi inicializado com sucesso e o SystemHealthAgent parece varrer e (supostamente) construir um SoH com êxito.

Ainda assim, obviamente, o servidor NAP não obtém um SoH de um cliente e, portanto, o classifica como não compatível com NAP por algum motivo estranho.

Como não encontrei nenhum meio adicional para investigar e solucionar problemas, ficaria muito grato por quaisquer ideias e / ou sugestões.
