RHEL yum quebrado

Eu tenho o RHEL que é implementado na Amazon AMI, e o yum está de alguma forma quebrado. Eu devo usar essa AMI por causa do software corporativo instalado nela. Não há como reverter para o estado anterior. Esta é a saída de todos os comandos yum, exceto yum delete:

Atualize seu pacote do yum para o último. Isso está relacionado a um bug do yum que foi corrigido.
