Não é possível pingar o servidor ubuntu após a reinicialização. Onde procurar por possíveis problemas?

Depois de reiniciar o meu servidor Ubuntu, não consigo fazer o ping. Minha hospedagem (Herzner) permite inicializar o servidor com sistema de recuperação, para que eu possa acessar o sistema de arquivos e tentar consertá-lo.

As perguntas são onde procurar problemas?

Eu verifiquei meu boot.log e tudo parece estar bem:
