O provisionamento inteligente da HP falhou ao iniciar

Atualizando o HP Intelligent provisioning (IP), o sistema foi desligado. Depois disso, não consegui iniciar o IP usando F10 , tentei reinstalá-lo / atualizá-lo via CD-ROM (de acordo com o site de resolução de problemas da HP), o processo foi concluído com êxito, mas ainda é necessário iniciar o provisionamento inteligente reinicia o sistema.

Como posso fazer o IP iniciar depois de pressionar F10 ? por exemplo, qualquer maneira de redefinir a fábrica?

Mas eu não tive sucesso com a última versão, 1.61.

Por fim, decidi fazer o downgrade para a versão 1.5 e isso funcionou. Depois disso, instalei a versão 1.61 e ainda estou funcionando bem.

Eu não encontrei isso antes, mas recebi uma ligação aleatória e um e-mail do suporte da HP no mês passado informando que eles estariam me enviando instruções sobre como reinstalar e atualizar o Intelligent Provisioning software:

• Pressione F9 durante o POST para o RBSU.
• Escolha Segurança do Servidor - > Provisionamento inteligente (prompt F10) - > Ativar
• Salve as alterações e saia do RBSU.
• Reinicialize.
