O arranque do OS X funciona de forma diferente para diferentes clientes

Estou trabalhando em um ambiente OS X NetInstall e tendo problemas com a parte do BSDP.

Eu tenho alguns hosts na mesma sub-rede (build) que o servidor e outros hosts em uma sub-rede diferente (tente). As inicializações de todos os hosts funcionam bem se forem iniciadas com um bless --server=...; reboot , mas somente os hosts no trabalho de sub-rede local quando um operador mantém pressionada a tecla 'n' na inicialização.

Observe que, no caso de sucesso, o servidor envia um segundo e terceiro ACK (10: 16: 36.432718, 10: 16: 36.433832), enquanto no caso malsucedido, isso não acontece. Os dumps de pacotes foram capturados no servidor, então esses pacotes não foram filtrados - em vez disso, eles nunca foram enviados.

Pesquisando os dados da opção 43, onde a Apple coloca as informações específicas do BSDP , a única diferença que vejo é o primeiro ACK:

O que me sugere que o servidor está se recusando a exibir a imagem de inicialização padrão no caso malsucedido e a exibi-la no caso de sucesso. Nesse caso, faz sentido para o servidor não enviar o ACK posterior - ele não tem imagem para compartilhar com o cliente.

Mas por que o bootpd faria isso? Como posso consertar isso?
