Nginx baixando arquivos ao invés de executar o php

Question

O servidor nginx está baixando os arquivos php em vez de executá-los

Eu tentei todas as soluções postadas na web

a maioria das pessoas teve problemas com a localização

mas o meu já não está comentado

meu arquivo conf padrão
