Meu servidor apache (redHat) pára a cada 5 segundos
Eu tentei reiniciar o Apache, reiniciar o servidor ... Quando eu reinicio o servidor, recebo esse erro 5 segundos. Tudo parece ok: o uso da CPU é 0%, o servidor não parece estar ocupado.

Eu também edito link tentando modificar MaxClients , KeepAlive etc ... sem sucesso
