Como mover a janela no GNU Screen

Sim, é possível. Vá para a janela 1, digite o caractere de comando (por exemplo, CTRL-A ) e digite: :number 7 . Se já houver uma janela em 7, as duas janelas serão trocadas (a janela 7 se tornará a janela 1). A partir do manpage:

   Change the current windows number. If the given  number  n  is  already
   used  by  another  window,  both  windows exchange their numbers. If no
   argument is specified, the current window number (and title) is shown.
