Habilitando suporte para AddressSanitizer no FreeBSD

A questão essencialmente é como compilar um programa que usa o AddressSanitizer no FreeBSD.

Eu uso o FreeBSD 10.0 (64 bits). Eu estou tentando compilar o código a seguir com -fsanitize=address flag:

int main() {
  return 0;
}

Quando eu compilo com clang as clang -fsanitize=address file.c , recebo a seguinte mensagem de erro:

Quando eu compilo com gcc48 as gcc48 -fsanitize=address file.c , recebo a seguinte mensagem de erro:

/usr/local/bin/ld: cannot find -lasan
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

No meu sistema GNU / Linux eu tenho libasan.* arquivos em algum lugar em um sistema de arquivos. Mas eu não consigo encontrar no FreeBSD - nem em /usr/ports , nem via pkg .

Como devo fazer isso funcionar?

Tente usar llvm37 das portas. Ele constrói os desinfetantes por padrão no AMD64.
