Acabei de instalar o Steam no meu computador, criei uma conta no Steam e tentei clicar no ícone de vapor para carregá-lo. Isso me deu o seguinte erro e depois desliga:

Alguém sabe por que não posso carregar vapor? Minha conexão com a internet está funcionando, obviamente, já que eu não seria capaz de digitar tudo isso se eu tivesse um problema de conexão com a Internet.
Eu tentei reinstalá-lo muitas vezes, mas ainda recebo o mesmo problema.
Em um terminal:
steam --reset
Isso fornecerá uma instalação limpa para o cliente, mas deixará todos os seus jogos intactos.
Lembre-se de que, embora isso "corrija" seu problema de conexão, é como comprar um carro novo para consertar um pneu furado. Provavelmente existe uma solução mais simples e mais elegante, mas não consegui encontrar uma quando tive esse problema.
