não é possível fazer backup dos dados do tablet android para o laptop usando tar!

(Não consigo fazer backup do Nautilus, mesmo que seja claro de esta discussão )

(Eu gostaria de acrescentar que os nomes dos arquivos não são exibidos claramente no meu laptop para os arquivos do Android no terminal. Eu tenho este tópico em relação a isto.)

Sim, eu tenho a solução. Veja que havia duas opções para conectar o tablet. 1) dispositivo de mídia (MTP) 2) Câmera (PTP)

Eu estava usando o primeiro, onde via linha de comando eu não estava conseguindo fazer & Por meio da GUI, não consegui manter o registro de data e hora. Esta opção usa o mtp para se conectar.

Então,ontem,eleacariciouminhamente&Euconecteiatravésdasegundaopção,ouseja,câmera.Agora,viaGUI(softwareshotwell),conseguiimportarosarquivos.Entãononautilus,acheiqueestavaconectadonãoviamtpmasgphoto2.

Agora consegui usar a linha de comando & copiar via cp -a mantendo o carimbo de hora & funcionou. Agora eu sei que todos os comandos da linha de comando, como tar , funcionarão como qualquer unidade de disco rígido externa ou pen-drive. Um grande alívio!

Eu tive um problema semelhante e encontrei uma solução semelhante, exceto que não tenho escolha para usar o PTP sobre o MTP no meu dispositivo. O que fiz foi: instalei o gphotofs e corri

gphotofs ~/some-mount-point

então eu poderia usar o rsync como antes!
