O que eu realmente não entendo é por que o uso de cpu é tão baixo? Quer dizer, se há tantos processos na fila de execução, por que os processadores não os executam em vez de ficar ociosos? O que eu espero aqui é o uso da CPU de 1200% (o sistema tem 12 núcleos cpu). Como você pode notar, não há utilização pesada de E / S aqui.
