rede sem fio

Quando conecto meu laptop a um roteador seguro wpa2 , usando wicd Eu não tenho problemas de conexão.

MAS quando me conecto com o seguinte comando de linha de comando (conforme descrito aqui )

ATUALIZADO:

ifconfig wlan0 up
wpa_supplicant -B -Dwext -i wlan0 -c /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf
dhcpd wlan0

Minha conexão é instável, às vezes funcionando às vezes não, indicada pela seguinte saída:

Parece-me que o sinal sem fio é baixo, mas isso não explica por que o wicd funciona.

você quer um sleep 10s antes da parte do dhcpd no mínimo
