Estou tentando instalar pacotes para obter um fluxo de webcam em execução no meu pi de framboesa. De repente, o apt-get é totalmente eliminado - toda vez que eu tento instalar, reinstalar ou limpar algo que possa resolver o problema, recebo o seguinte erro:

Que é incrivelmente frustrante! Eu não tenho ideia do que esse erro é, o que causou isso, ou como consertá-lo, mas isso me impediu completamente. Eu tentei atualizar o apt-get que é executado até a conclusão, mas eu não posso atualizar ou limpar o pacote do problema. Ele quebra mesmo usando -f e aptitude em vez de apt-get.
Aqui está eu tentando instalar o ffmpeg:
