Como abrir capítulos do manual do usuário do Vim no Vim

Question

Eu abri o manual do usuário do Vim com o comando :h user-manual | only (para abri-lo em uma janela) e agora quero entrar / abrir os arquivos de texto separados. Eu tentei colocar meu cursor sobre uma seção, como | usr_01.txt | e pressione CTRL-j mas nada aconteceu.

Para navegar até a seção sob o cursor, use Ctrl ] (que é um colchete direito, não um j ):

JUMPING AROUND
