Estou usando o Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. Estou tendo problemas para baixar arquivos grandes, por exemplo, qualquer um deles localizado aqui: link , por meio do Firefox, wget ou qualquer outro programa. Depois de alguns segundos aleatórios (mas mais de 20), o download de repente congela (*). Isso só acontece quando o download é feito na velocidade máxima (em uma conexão de 6 Mbps), e ocorre somente na ethernet, não no wifi .
Outro PC com o Ubuntu que passa pelo mesmo roteador (também com fio) não tem problemas.
Isso não foi sempre assim. Começou a acontecer há cerca de um ano.
(*): wget mostra a velocidade de download "--.- K / s" e, 15 minutos depois, aborta:
