Seguindo as instruções oficiais de instalação do Ubuntu Touch eu sempre fico preso bootloader "download ..." enquanto o terminal mostra:

Depois de desligar o telefone e ligar tudo (inicialização + recuperação + AndroidOS) funciona normalmente novamente.
Alternativamente, seguindo as instruções de instalação do dualboot eu também fico preso no gerenciador de inicialização "download ..." enquanto o terminal mostra:

Mais uma vez, depois de desligar o telefone e ligar tudo funciona normalmente novamente.
Alguma idéia de por que estou preso aí, por favor?
PS Cyanogenmod 13 com CM SuperUser e novo TWRP instalados, depuração USB permitida, bootloader desbloqueado, mais de 3 GB de espaço livre no dispositivo.
Editar: depois, usei o aplicativo MultiROM Manager do Google Play para instalar o Ubuntu Touch no modo de inicialização dupla e agora ambos os sistemas operacionais funcionam bem.
