Obtendo privilégios de IO no Linux

Question

Eu instalei o software flashrom . Quando eu tento executar o comando sudo flashrom , ele me dá a mensagem de erro "Não foi possível obter privilégios de E / S (operação não permitida). Você precisa ser raiz". Também tentei o comando su para alternar a raiz e executar novamente. Eu também tentei o comando sudo -i para logar como root. No entanto, nenhum deles funcionou

Alterei a opção de inicialização segura nas configurações da BIOS como desativada. Então eu posso rodar o programa de flash. Mas dá essa saída.
