A causa do problema foi que a desconexão usb foi um sucesso parcial, idealmente deveria ser assim no dmesg.

A solução foi modificar o sysstat para impedir que o USB causasse o problema.

DE: 180:ub:*:0:a:32:p:8:USB block devices

PARA: #180:ub:*:0:a:32:p:8:USB block devices
