RESOLVIDO: Eu deixo ficar por algumas horas e de repente funciona de novo. Não sei porque.
Eu tive um problema depois de montar e desmontar o disco do VMware Tools, e ainda tenho espaço no disco rígido, então esse não é o problema.
Ao executar apt-get update (ou qualquer comando apt que envolva ação de gravação no sistema de arquivos), ele retorna o seguinte erro:

Eu tentei executar: e2fsck -f /dev/sda2 mas retorna o erro de que o sistema está montado.
Então, tentei montá-lo como ler e escrever, mas sem mais sucesso.
Eu acho que uma solução para isso poderia ser reinstalar o Debian, mas eu tenho um host e um servidor MySQL nele e seria uma pena se tudo estivesse perdido.
