Como obter o Bluetooth trabalhando no Arch Linux?

Eu tenho o chip BCM423142 no meu laptop, recentemente instalei Arch Linux (Antergos) e baixou os pacotes linux-headers e broadcom-wl-dkms do AUR.

O WiFi funciona perfeito, mas o Bluetooth não funciona, só aparece como desligado no painel do gnome.

Eu tive o mesmo problema. Eu uso Arch Manjaro (Gnome). Eu resolvi (mais ou menos) usando o "Fn" + "Wireless key". Funciona como um "on / off" para o bluetooth também.

Como sua imagem, com a janela Bluetooth na tela: Primeiro fiz "off", depois "on" com o teclado e logo após a segunda ação o Bluetooth funcionou bem novamente.
