Tenho notado que recebo tempos limite ao usar o pacman. Muitas vezes.

Eu testei o rankmirrors
e o refletor , além do generator de mirrorlist .
Eu consigo downloads mais rápidos, mas ainda recebo tempos limites frequentes.
