Problema relacionado ao gtk / gtk.h, embora esteja instalado

Estou tentando construir o CEF (chromiumembedded) no debess jessie

Eu não estou muito familiarizado com a criação a partir do código-fonte, até onde eu possa ver que realmente não consigo ver nada de errado com o meu sistema e por que o CEF não detectaria essa biblioteca.

Alguma idéia de como eu posso depurar isso ainda mais?

Eu usei o Ubuntu 16.04 e recebi o mesmo erro. Eu mudo para o sistema de compilação Ninja e ele funciona.
