Como devo interpretar essa leitura de smartctl?

Estou executando um Debian Jessie Machine com um disco rígido externo de 3TB. A unidade ficou offline duas vezes nos últimos dias, tentando [ls] não resultar em nada para exibir, mesmo no Dolphin.

A execução de smartctl -a /dev/sdc resulta no seguinte. Observe que essa unidade tem apenas alguns meses, mas contém minha coleção de vídeos bastante grande, gerenciada e visualizada usando o Plex Media Server.
