), ele registrará os acessos que teria negado. Então isso não pode ser a causa então. Mas o sistema confia cada vez mais no DBus, e isso parece estar falhando por algum motivo.
Quaisquer pacotes de terceiros instalados? Verifique-os, desinstale o que não é necessário, veja se existem alternativas oficiais para os outros.

Verifique se o sistema não tem pacotes danificados: rpm -Va
(isto tem a tendência de reportar pacotes quebrados mesmo quando eles são recém-instalados, então não fique muito preocupado; mas veja a lista).
Atualize tudo: yum -y update --skip-broken
, verifique se tudo está atualizado. Se algum pacote não puder ser atualizado, descubra o motivo e veja como corrigi-lo.
