Falha ao iniciar O servidor HTTP Apache - httpd.service falhou

Question

Estou tentando configurar o OTRS no CENTOS, mas o resultado é que o http.service "Falha ao iniciar".

Aqui está o comando do terminal que estou executando e a saída resultante:

# systemctl restart httpd.service

O seguinte erro (do último sábado) aparece no arquivo de log:

Note que tentei usar cpan> install DateTime para instalar este módulo; mas, como você pode ver, o erro persiste.

Consegui resolver com o comando abaixo:

yum --enablerepo=epel install perl-DateTime-TimeZone*
