Eu tenho esse mesmo laptop, você está usando UEFI ou bios? O bios (modo herdado) no laptop tem bugs e causa problemas no touchpad.
Às vezes, o cursor começa a pular aqui e ali (muito rapidamente). Desativar e ativar o touchpad ajuda por pouco tempo.

Resolvi o problema com um melhor isolamento do trackpad. Eu tenho um Acer TMB-115M semelhante ao Aspire V3-111, eles têm a bateria dentro fechada para o trackpad. Há um fenômeno de ressonância que cria problemas de salto.
Para entrar em serviço normalmente, eles melhoram o trackpad com o quadro do laptop para resolver esse problema.
Portanto, colocar uma fita isolante ou um pouco de borracha entre a bateria e o trackpad resolveu o meu problema de salto.
