ifup wlan0 causa o kernel Oops

Question

no meu laptop, quando faço ifup wlan0 , às vezes recebo seguindo o rastreamento de chamadas em dmesg . Outras vezes, o log parece perfeitamente normal e não há kernel Oops mensagens.

Em ambos os casos (com erros e sem erros), minha rede parece funcionar bem.

Mas gostaria de entender o que está acontecendo. Alguém poderia me ajudar a interpretar o significado das mensagens de rastreamento de chamadas?

Para completar, devo acrescentar que este é um novo laptop, mas eu substituí a placa wifi original (Intel Dualband Wireless-AC 7260) por meu próprio cartão (Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300)

Estou usando o Debian Wheezy com meu próprio kernel 3.16.6

Alfred Krohmer: If I unterstand your patch correctly it just removes the warning, but it won't actually fix the driver crash this bug report was submitted for. So why mark it as resolved?

Emmanuel Grumbach: There is no real bug. The commit message explains this.

Bem, vejo o mesmo erro no dmesg, mas minhas conexões Wifi funcionam bem. (Estou usando um Lenovo Thinkpad W540.) Curiosamente, o relatório de erros do Arch Linux ainda está aberto, e alguns dizem que tem problemas de conexão.
