Networking entre duas máquinas virtuais em hosts diferentes

Eu tenho o openSuse instalado como uma máquina virtual (Oracle Virtual Box) no DeskTop (win 7) e outro openSuse instalado como uma máquina virtual (Oracle Virtual Box) no meu laptop (win 8.1).

Por favor, veja a imagem anexada, na qual eu capturei as várias informações do adaptador de rede.

Eu quero colocar em rede essas duas VMs, por favor, me guie na direção certa de como conseguir isso.

Você vai querer procurar mod "em ponte" sob configuração de rede no VirtualBox, sem que o VirtualBox emule uma pequena rede com a qual nada pode se comunicar diretamente.

Uma vez no modo em ponte, eles devem ser vistos como computadores extras para o servidor Router / DHCP pegar um endereço IP e você poderá se comunicar com tudo no segmento de rede em que o host está.
