Como matar um trabalho de impressão preso no AIX?

Eu também tentei:

stopsrc -g spooler
startsrc -g spooler

e

disable QUEUENAME
enable QUEUENAME

e

/usr/bin/enq -P 'QUEUENAME' -x '1703'

e tentou remover o trabalho de impressão com smitty, mas sem sorte ..

lpstat -o pode não estar exibindo todos os dígitos do número do trabalho de impressão.
