Eu tenho dois rsyslog-client e rsyslog-server. Quando eu tentei "logger -p local1.notice SOMETHING" eu não vejo nenhuma informação no servidor de um cliente, mas de outro vejo saída logstash.
Eu copiei o rsyslog.conf, ele é idêntico nesses dois servidores. O que há de errado?
Quando eu testo a conexão via telnet x.x.x.x 10514 do servidor com problemas, a conexão telnet está ok e vejo os logs do tcpdump. E quando eu mudo tcp escuta porta logstash para 514 tudo funciona corretamente.
Quando faço logger -p no problem client eu não vejo nada no tcpdump -i algum nele.
Mas se eu fizer a mesma coisa no cliente "OK", vejo o tráfego externo via tcpdump para a porta 10514 (ou algo diferente).
Quando eu mudo a porta do logstash para o 514 problema resolvido.
