Eu tenho uma máquina Ubuntu (Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS) conectada ao meu roteador doméstico via ethernet. Eu estava percebendo um desempenho ruim ao conectar via ssh, então eu executei alguns testes de ping da máquina do ubuntu. Começa alto, mas diminui a um ritmo estranhamente consistente. O ping do roteador resulta na mesma coisa, então o problema deve ser algo na rede local. Heres o relatório do mtr de qualquer maneira:
