Acesso do usuário restrito a apenas uma pasta

Estou tentando estabelecer os direitos do usuário do SFTP em um servidor para apenas uma pasta, seguindo as diretrizes aqui:

No entanto, se eu tentar conectar via nautilus / sftp como o respectivo usuário ao servidor respectivo, eu simplesmente obtenho um:

Oops, something went wrong! Unhandled error message: SSH program unexpectedly exited .

Se eu tentar conectar via SSH como o respectivo usuário, receberei um Connection to myserver.de closed by remote host. Connection to myserver.de closed .

O que posso fazer?
