O segundo módulo de RAM não é mostrado em 'free' em Manjaro

Eu tenho dois módulos de RAM (8 GB cada), mas há apenas um mostrado em free . Espero que as informações a seguir ajudem você a localizar o problema e encontrar uma solução:

Como descobri, o problema estava relacionado à placa-mãe ASRock FM2A88X-ITX +. Eu substituí-lo por garantia, mas depois de metade de um ano de uso, o problema foi reproduzido por um novo.

A outra história é: eu comprei outra placa-mãe, e quando eu levo a ASRock, que estava descansando por um mês, até o centro de garantia, foi encontrado, que funciona Ok de novo.
