O que exatamente está acontecendo quando executo 'netctl-auto enable-all'?

Minha conexão wifi está morrendo com muita regularidade. Eu percebo quando eu corro netctl-auto enable-all eu reconectar dentro de 5 segundos de cada vez. (Minha conexão caiu duas vezes enquanto postava isso.)

Por que isso funciona e o que isso sugere sobre o problema real? Como posso resolver isso de uma vez?
