gcc 4.6.3 instalação local com erros gmp 5.0.5 mpfr 3.1.1

Estou tentando instalar uma nova versão do gcc (versão g + +) no meu diretório home em um servidor que eu tenho acesso também. Este servidor já tem gcc em outro lugar (e gmp etc), mas versões mais antigas, e eu quero localmente instalar novos.

Eu segui este guia ao pé da letra, trabalhando no meu diretório pessoal. Em resumo, baixei os novos tars (gcc, gmp, mpfr, mpc) e os movi gmp, mpfr, mpc para o diretório de fontes do gcc (garantindo que eles fossem denominados gmp , mpfr , mpc ). Eu então cd .. de fontes e depois no diretório de compilação ( objdir ) e a partir daí eu corri configure. Configure passa bem, mas, em seguida, 'make' finalmente retorna:

Será que realmente tem que ser a versão 2.4.2? Esse é o problema?

O fato do gcc etc já está instalado em algum outro lugar bagunçando as coisas? Eu configurei coisas como LD_LIBRARY_PATH="" para tentar pará-lo em outro lugar sem sucesso. Eu teria pensado que seria feliz apenas usar o mpfr no diretório de fontes do gcc embora, como parece estar bem usando o gmp que está lá.

Se configure disser "MPFR > = 2.4.2 necessário", provavelmente há uma boa razão para isso. Não tenho certeza se o sistema de compilação do GCC pode compilar as bibliotecas antes de tentar se conectar a elas. A maneira tradicional de fazer isso é:

  • crie as bibliotecas necessárias e instale-as em seu diretório pessoal ou em um subdiretório dele, por exemplo $HOME/tools (isso geralmente é obtido definindo a opção --prefix para os scripts configure ) - que cria uma árvore de bin , include , lib / lib64 e share abaixo da meta diretório.

  • diga ao sistema de compilação do GCC para usar bibliotecas de seu diretório preferido usando a opção --with-mpfr=$HOME/tools para configure . Obviamente, você terá que adicioná-los para qualquer biblioteca que deseje usar de um local fora do padrão - veja configure --help para todas as opções disponíveis.

Não é provável que o recurso LD_LIBRARY_PATH de tweaking ajude, pois ele só altera o comportamento do vinculador dinâmico ld.so e ele (amlost) sempre analisa /lib e /usr/lib como último recurso (consulte man ld.so para uma explicação detalhada).

Como uma nota lateral, você pode querer pegar o GCC 4.7.2 ao invés do velho 4.6.3.
