Por que preciso digitar exit duas vezes no meu terminal?

Eu não estou usando dois usuários nem abro root ou algo assim. Eu abro o terminal e só saio após o segundo comando exit .

Tente iniciar bicon.bin com exec bicon.bin , possivelmente com argumentos para executar seu shell como um shell de login.

Quando você executa bicon.bin ele gera um shell, agora você tem (1) o shell original, (2) bicon.bin em execução e (3) o shell gerado por bicon.bin . O primeiro exit sai do shell gerado por bicon.bin e o segundo exit sai do shell original. Com exec , o shell original é substituído por bicon.bin , portanto, um único exit será suficiente para encerrar a sessão.

primeira coisa a entender que o bicon é shell virtual, então você precisa sair duas vezes um do bicon e um do bash.

Portanto, para evitar doings de comando double .bashrc , você deve colocar o comando que inclui bicon no início de .bashrc .

Além disso, para evitar a saída dupla, você pode fazer:
