Porque você não nos dá mais informações ...

Todos os pacotes estão nos repositórios Precise:

Você pode instalar os pacotes separadamente:

sudo apt-get install php5-mcrypt
sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin

e talvez (porque recomendado)

sudo apt-get install php5-gd
