Não é possível obter o ntp para sincronizar a hora

Gostaria de sincronizar a hora de uma máquina. Este computador está em uma rede universitária que é de alguma forma protegida. Eu não tenho nenhuma mudança de tempo.

Aqui está minha configuração (padrão no debian).

Como posso definir o ntp para funcionar em uma rede universitária?

Pergunte à equipe de TI da universidade pelo seu servidor de horário. É uma prática comum bloquear o tráfego ntp no limite da organização, pois ele pode ser usado para ataques de amplificação DoS.
