Teste de aleatoriedade usando rngtest

Eu tenho uma sequência binária como 0011000111000111. Eu coloquei isso em um arquivo abc.txt. Eu quero testar sua aleatoriedade usando rngtest.

Estou recebendo o seguinte:

/Documents$ rngtest <abc.txt> 
bash: syntax error near unexpected token 'newline'

Por favor me ajude.

I am getting this after using rngtest <abc.txt. 
Is it random?

Remova o ">" após o .txt.

rngtest < abc.txt
