Tempo de inicialização do Ubuntu READ FPDMA error

Por uma semana passada, meu tempo de inicialização do Ubuntu passou de 50 segundos a aproximadamente 5 minutos.

Eu tentei dmesg e a seguinte mensagem é mostrada várias vezes no log. Como faço para corrigir isso?

Parece que aquela unidade está morrendo. Aposto que também faz barulhos estranhos e crocantes. (Ele vem da cabeça movendo-se repetidamente, pois a unidade tenta reler dados que não podem ser lidos sem erros incorrigíveis.)

Assim que possível, copie seus arquivos pessoais da unidade e substitua a unidade. Pode falhar em breve e catastroficamente, e então não funcionará.

Se a unidade for compatível com SMART e você tiver as smartmontools instaladas, poderá executar sudo smartctl -a /dev/sda e relatar os resultados aqui. Com base nos resultados, você pode executar uma verificação offline longa (pode demorar uma ou duas horas, dependendo do tamanho do disco) para descobrir exatamente o estado da unidade, mas minha aposta, com base em minha experiência, é que ela está morrendo . A única questão é quão rápido ele irá falhar completamente.
