Como instalar o R Vennerable no Debian?

Existem muitos tópicos sobre o tópico 2014, mas a proposta deles não funciona no R 3.3.1, aparentemente porque as dependências não foram atendidas, mas eu não pude instalá-las nem

install.packages("Vennerable", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")

Saída como raiz

Os pacotes graph e RBGL estão no repositório de pacotes Bioconductor, o seguinte funciona para mim:

R> source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R"); biocLite(c("graph", "RBGL"))
R> install.packages("reshape")
R> install.packages("Vennerable", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")
