Instalando o Arch Linux no Thinkpad W530

Question

Estou instalando o Arch Linux em um Thinkpad W530, usando o LiveCD. Quando inicializo do LiveCD, na tela do carregador de inicialização do Syslinux, meus botões de hardware (volume / mudo) e teclas Fn funcionam. Eu sou capaz de controlar o brilho. Mas quando eu inicializo no Arch live medium , eles param de funcionar. Eu verifiquei o lsmod e tenho thinkpad_acpi em execução. Isso é apenas um problema porque eu estou executando o LiveCD e ainda não instalei o Arch?

Existe outro módulo que tenho que executar? Preciso instalar Xorg primeiro?

Instalei o Debian e o Ubuntu, e quase tudo funciona imediatamente. Incluindo ao executar seu LiveCD. O que permite ao Ubuntu reconhecer as teclas Fn?

Acredito que as chaves Fn estejam mapeadas para as chaves nomeadas do X86 ... Portanto, suponho que você tenha que instalar o x-server primeiro. Quanto ao problema de brilho, o ArchWiki tem algumas informações relevantes, entre as quais a possível systemd-backlight problem / workaround:

Inverted Brightness (Intel i915 only)

Symptoms:

after installing xf86-video-intel systemd-backlight.service turns off the backlight during boot

possible solution: mask systemd-backlight.service switching from X to another VT turns the backlight off the brightness keys are inverted (i.e. turning up the brightness makes the screen darker)

This problem may be solved by adding i915.invert_brightness=1 to the list of kernel parameters.
