Ubuntu / Mint (fiel): Wifi continua desligando

Question

Eu executo o Mint na minha área de trabalho e estou enfrentando um problema muito chato: o wifi continua desligando após alguns minutos ou algumas horas e ele nunca volta automaticamente.

Para restaurar a rede, tenho que executar manualmente:

sudo service network-manager restart

Eu tenho vários outros dispositivos conectados e não há problema com eles.

Por favor, me diga que você sabe o que está acontecendo. Isso me deixou louco por muitos meses.

EDIT: Eu tenho um novo laptop na semana passada (com hortelã 17 também) e agora eu tenho exatamente o mesmo problema no meu novo computador. Bem, ou eu sou muito azarado, ou o mint (ou o ubuntu) tem um grave bug de rede.

Eu tive um problema semelhante no Debian antes. Eu encontrei algumas maneiras de tentar consertá-lo. A primeira é desabilitar todas as conexões Ethernet e certificar-se de que nenhum script de inicialização inicie conexões Ethernet. Em seguida, configure o Wi-Fi na inicialização para conectar-se automaticamente ao seu ponto de extremidade Wi-Fi. Você poderia tentar isso em um script de inicialização: service network-manager restart ifconfig eth0 down ifconfig wlan0 up

Outra opção é que o dchp solicite um ip da caixa. Eu achei que garantiu a conexão. udhcpc -i device_name Isso pode causar alguns comportamentos estranhos, como rotas estáticas que não são verdadeiras. Tenho notado que, às vezes, minha caixa altera os endereços IP, mesmo que esteja em uma rota estática.

O problema também pode ser um problema de compatibilidade entre o módulo WiFi em sua caixa e seu endpoint (roteador) ou que a segurança no endpoint desconecta conexões específicas automaticamente por algum motivo, isto é, uma solicitação ou comportamento específico pode acioná-lo.

Eu encontrei o mesmo problema. A melhor resposta que posso oferecer é obter um cabo Ethernet e conectar-se diretamente ao ponto de acesso. No entanto, isso é apenas uma solução alternativa. É possivelmente um bug no Ubuntu, depois de atualizar o Ubuntu para a atualização mais recente do 14.04, o problema parece ter desaparecido.
