Estou tentando entender o problema aqui, pois parece extremamente estranho.
Como posso recuperar este sistema sem reinstalar completamente o Ubuntu?
Correndo 18.04 desde que saiu como um driver diário, e além de ocasionais falhas no Gnome e o estranho congelamento aleatório quando muita coisa acontecia ao mesmo tempo, nada como isso aconteceu antes de hoje.
