libreadline dependency related Erro ao instalar um aplicativo, “seedsync”

Eu estava tentando instalar o Seedsync .
Eu segui as instruções no seu github

    Download the deb package from the latest release

    Install the deb package:

    sudo dpkg -i <deb file>

Quando tento instalar o pacote deb, recebo este erro

Tentando instalar o libreadline6, diga-me que ele foi movido para outro local ou obsoleto.

Editar:

sudo apt-get install libreadline6 

me dá

E: Package 'libreadline6' has no installation candidate

Edit2:

Tring para instalar libc-bin ou libreadline7 mostra que já é a versão mais recente, 0 atualizada, 0 recém-instalada e 0 não atualizada.

O pacote seedsync pede libreadline6 (> = 6.0) e eu acho que tenho libreadline7

apt-get install libreadline7

Reading state information... Done
libreadline7 is already the newest version (7.0-3).

Os problemas do Github parecem semelhantes. Aparentemente, o problema é entre pacotes preparados para o Ubuntu vs pacotes feitos para o Debian. A solução proposta é usar o Dockerfile que realmente usa o Ubuntu
