Eu tenho usado o debian 8 de algum tempo, com a versão 8.9 do dell inspiron 5000 series. O controle de brilho está ausente desde o começo. Eu não vejo nenhum controlador de brilho. Eu instalei xbacklight, mas sem uso. Eu tentei coisas como: xbacklight -dec 40. Mas não deu nenhum resultado.
ls /sys/class/backlight
retorna em branco.
Além disso: / etc / default / grub é assim:
