Não é possível iniciar serviços no CentOS usando systemctl

Question

Estou enfrentando o seguinte problema ao tentar ativar e iniciar o serviço Icinga2 no CentOS Linux versão 7.3.1611 (Core)

Sem Sudo:

systemctl enable icinga2

Error getting authority: Error initializing authority: Exhausted all available authentication mechanisms (tried: EXTERNAL, DBUS_COOKIE_SHA1, ANONYMOUS) (available: EXTERNAL, DBUS_COOKIE_SHA1, ANONYMOUS) (g-io-error-quark, 0) Failed to execute operation: Operation not permitted

Com o Sudo:

sudo systemctl enable icinga2

Erro:

Failed to execute operation: Connection timed out

Por favor, ajude o que realmente está causando esse problema.
